Everyone else used Hoof-It in
their horse's feet to combat against rocks. But Zini's crappy feet still
aren't great
and she has yet to have hoof all the way to the ground on one side after
ripping shoes (and hoof) off in the spring,
so I'm using EZ boots on her in an effort to keep her shoes on.
This would have been fine, had it not
been for all the bogs we had to suck through. Thankfully, the boots
stayed on, although at one point when I peered down to check them, I could
only tell they were there
by the bulge of mud on the front that was presumably covering the buckle.
This creek, shown, was one of the
less boggy examples.
It was a lot like the Alps in Switzerland in this valley.
