An "easy" part of the trail - not steep, not too narrow, not too rocky...
But even so, it's a long ol' climb out of this canyon. After Shadow
tried to show us his Superman impersonation ("Look how fast
I can go up the canyon!"), we put Fausto in front to maintain a saner
pace. Fausto wasn't that keen, but trudged up contentedly once
we'd convinced him that he didn't actually need to stop on every
single switchback. His HR never went over 130...
