Many of the Sierra passes are tiny wiggly roads where you spend hours
driving
on switchbacks at 15 mph / 25 kmph - but Monitor Pass isn't one of
them.
It has lovely swoopy corners and good tarmac. It is a good
motorcycle pass...
not that I ever ride m/cs any more, but if I did...
I
need a skyline filter for my digital camera as these mountains show up
really badly.
But the view was wonderful, take my word for it.
