Looking down on our campsite from
the jumbo rock above.
We were lucky enough to grab this
site the second day we were there
(the first night we spent in the site next door,
about 20' to the left).
We were quite a ways back from the road, so had
maximum privacy.
All the sites had fire pits
and it was rather nice in the evenings with
the firelight
reflecting off the huge pale boulders around the sites.
We were able to set up our sun
shower in the blind canyon
to the right (you can just see the bush that hid us from view, so
we could shower in peace (unless someone was clambering around on
the rocks behind, as happened one day... I politely explained to them
that I was trying to shower and they kindly left.)
