Go over their backs and butts with a massage tool/tennis ball to get the muscles loosened up
Stretch and hold both front legs to a count of ten (around ten seconds, their leg grows an extra inch)
Do a tail-pull on them to pull out the kinks.
So far, I'm managing to remember to do the leg stretch.
