This was one of the fun-est sections of the trail - it wound its way down a narrow gully alongside
a tiny creek. There was lots of dried grass alongside this creek, so it took us a very long time
to negotiate this section as we had to slow every five feet to imbibe. Had we been travelling
at more than 1 mph, it would have been tons of fun (as reported by the 50 mile riders).

This was also a section to see if your horse has learnt to follow ribbons yet. The trail was very
well marked, but that was mostly because the actual route of the trail was a little ambiguous.
It was more or less up to you to figure out which way you went around each shrub.

I can report that Provo does not get the concept of following ribbons yet. Several times
we had to stop and back up to get back on what was supposed to be the trail.
